We can provide support for new employees through participation of workshop and exhibitions.
New employees will be trained in business manner and industry trends etc. for two weeks after they’re hired. They will be involved operations at Purchase Dept. or Seto Distribution Center to gain a better understanding of the structure of our business before being assigned to the section.
We learn knowledge and information about licensed production by joining licenser-led seminars and workshops.
Exhibitions and Rollout
We actively participate gift show and exhibition to research competitors’ products and service, market trend etc. We can use these experiences in our job.
