Toward the 100th anniversary of Marushin, we are looking for employees who can support the next 50 years, and one who can grow up with the company. Marushin is purchasing and selling products from Europe to ASEAN countries, and our connections are getting more worldwide, increasing more various clients. Since there are cultural difference in each country, and since it became a turbulent era, we need one who can adapt with the changable society flexibly.

In the exhibition we holds twice a year, we give chances to our new members creating new products. They make teams and propose new products, then show it to customers, and the most popular one will be in store. By competing with others, not only can we have many experiences but also we can enhance our passion of manufacturing. In our company, we have the atmosphere to back up workers who challenges a new thing by oneself. Therefore, it is a best environment for one who has a clear goal or opinion to attain something.
